Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 12 pm will be dispatched the same day during business hours. Orders placed after 12 pm will be dispatched the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

For deliveries, a signature may be required upon receipt of your parcel. If no one is available to sign, the courier will redirect the parcel to the nearest post office or notify you by leaving a collection card in your mailbox.

If you select ‘Authority to Leave’, you give permission to the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place if no one is in attendance. If the courier deems there is no safe place to leave the parcel it will be redirected to the nearest post office for collection.

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost items that have already been shipped.

We recommend contacting Australia Post directly for any issues as it may result in a faster solution.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please note SASACO only offers returns, refunds and exchanges from our website and stores. Any purchases from third parties will not be accepted. Please return any products purchased from third parties back to the original SELLER it was purchased from.
We are not liable for other stores returns, refunds and exchanges policies.

 

Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are strictly unable to be returned for change of mind purposes. We recommend carefully selecting the earrings before purchase to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

 

Change of Mind
SASACO takes pride in our craftsmanship to produce quality products, and so we are happy to refund or exchange on full-priced that are unused. Goods should be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. Any returns after 14 days will not be accepted.

Please contact us via the return and exchange form below within 48 hours of receiving your items with your intention to return or exchange them.

A maximum of 2 change of mind returns only. 

All return goods must be:

  • In original condition and must be unused and unaltered in anyway

  • With all original tags and packaging

  • With original receipt

  • Within 14 days

  • Shipped via Australia Post with tracking

For last-chance/Sale items (discontinued products) and EOFY sale items, we do not accept any change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Customers are liable for all shipping expenses and we cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items in transit.

You will receive an email once your return has been processed.
The returns process can take up to 7 business days from the time of receiving the returned item.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
